主打茶霜淇淋的金帛手製,研發的口味相當多元,除了有台灣在地的鐵觀音、紅玉紅茶、柚香金萱,還引進日本宇治抹茶和焙茶,並將茶與多項甜點結合,透過甜點形式讓茶文化與生活更貼近。這當中最受歡迎的便是以「吃的珍奶」為概念推出的系列商品,從最基本的茶霜淇淋加珍珠開始,不斷嘗試各種搭配推出珍奶新吃法,希望可以顛覆大家過去對珍奶的想像,發現原來珍奶用吃的也可以這麼有趣!

來到店裡享用甜點之餘,記得走上2樓逛逛,店家特別規劃了1處展演空間,並不定期邀請藝術家在店內設展,讓大家吃甜點之虞也能感受藝文美學。
