台中一名38歲的蔡姓男子，和經營小吃店的許姓婦人有金錢糾紛，多次上門討不到錢，今年5月開始傳LINE，「你死定啦」、「後果自行負責，你還能在清水生活，08（你爸）名給你倒寫」等語，甚至到店家丟雞蛋灑冥紙，被台中地檢署依照恐嚇、毀損等罪起訴。
起訴書指出，蔡姓男子和許姓婦人有金錢糾紛，對方又因為借款遲遲沒有還錢，他多次上門討不到錢，5月6日先用LINE傳訊，「你如果10點前沒回我電話，後果自行負責，你還能在清水生活，08名給你倒寫」、「你全家醫院自己去選好」、26日又傳「你老公跟你兒子快出事啦」等語恐嚇。
蔡姓男子6月2日上午又到許女的小吃店丟雞蛋、灑冥紙、噴紅漆等等，導致大門和帆布等設備損毀，許女因此報警，全案移送地檢署後，台中地檢署3日依照恐嚇、毀損等罪起訴。
