〔記者李忠憲／台中報導〕最強寒流發威，和平區福壽山農場昨天白天就開始間歇降下冰霰，晚間8點開始，兵霰與雪開始交叉降下，有遊客見狀欣喜若狂，立刻在露營區的水池旁紮營，今天一早更一邊吃泡麵早餐，一邊賞雪，十分開心。
福壽山農場副場長楊正南表示，上月9日農場就有部分區域降雪，這次寒流比起上次強許多，肯定會降雪。目前露營區積雪約5公分，而位在更高海拔的天池早已被冰雪覆蓋。今天天氣預報溫度會更低，相信還會再降雪。
賞雪民眾表示，昨天下午4點多上山等雪，入夜後開始降雪，小朋友都很開心。
和平區代表會副主席羅進玉表示，武陵農場高處也有部分降雪，目前梨山水果幾乎都已採收，下雪有利溫帶果樹花芽分化，提昇春天開花結果率，也會大幅減少病蟲害利於春天管理。有了這波寒流加持，明年的水果會更香甜。
