台中市警局豐原分局在潭雅神綠園道（自行車道）設告示牌，一次寫上4種外國文字，讓外籍移工也能看明白，豐原分局長林宏儒表示，單車族，騎自行車時當低頭族滑手機、酒駕、行經斑馬線或交叉路轉彎未禮讓行人等行為，都有罰則，可罰300元到600元。
豐原分局表示，潭雅神綠園道騎車休閒人很多，豐原分局為建立「自行車專用道」路權觀念，防止違規行駛之駕駛行為，假日期間上、下午尖峰時段，編排「潭雅神綠園道」巡守勤務，提醒維護用路人權益。
綠園道常見外籍移工騎電動自行車，豐原分局另製作英語、越南、印尼、泰國等外語警示牌面加強宣導，也透過與外籍移工仲介業者之通訊群組，請仲介業者協助宣傳，遵守交通規則。
