一輛往返台中大甲和市區的公車，司機在半路看到一輛載著洗衣機的貨車燒了起來，他二話不說直接把公車停下，拿車上的滅火器下車幫忙，他的義舉被車上乘客拍下PO網，大讚是台灣最美的風景。公車一下大甲交流道，司機就看到路邊一輛貨車起火燃燒，他馬上停車，從椅子下方拿滅火器，衝下車幫忙。
司機還協助貨車駕駛爬梯子上去滅火，一瓶滅火器不夠，又衝上車拿第二瓶。貨車火勢越來越大，不斷冒出濃煙，這時消防隊到場，司機才走回車上繼續他的工作，公車司機莊承俯，駕駛被稱為媽祖專車的154號公車，平時往返台中大甲和市區，他說自己也是第一次遇到火燒車，直覺反應就是下車幫忙，貨車當時載著9台洗衣機，疑似車上帆布起火燃燒，經過的公車司機主動下車救援，他的善行被車上乘客拍下PO網，民眾大讚真是台灣最美的風景。
