〔記者歐素美／台中報導〕海洋委員會海巡署艦隊分署台中海巡隊，今天上午5點多接獲通報指出，有中國漁船越界在台中大甲溪外27浬處出沒，台中海巡隊冒著陣風10級的惡浪到場，廣播要求登船檢查，該船不但塗銷船名規避查緝，並蛇行拒檢，台中海巡隊靠著巡防艇的優勢強行登檢，並在船上查獲300公斤漁獲，當場海拋處理，並將船上11人連同船隻帶回台中港偵訊。
台中海巡經登船確認該艘中國籍漁船為「閩恵漁01882號」，重120噸，船上連同黃姓船長（35歲）共11人，於7月5日從福建省小岞漁港出港，非法越界捕撈，因事實明確，依據違反「台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例」，在今天近午時將人船押回台中港偵辦。
