[新頭殼newtalk] 雨勢範圍擴大！中央氣象局今（10）表示，鋒面接近，易有短時強降雨，西半部及南投地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲。
中央氣象局表示，今天清晨受到鋒面前西南風增強影響，中南部已經有明顯降雨出現，白天之後隨著鋒前西南風持續輸送水氣進入台灣，各地的天氣將愈來愈不穩定，西半部及東北部地區出現短暫陣雨或雷雨的機率偏高，並有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，至於花東也有局部短暫陣雨或雷雨。
中央氣象局今針對新北市、基隆市、台北市、桃園市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、新竹市 、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南市、嘉義市、高雄市、屏東縣16縣市發布大雨特報，另外，也針對連江縣發布濃霧特報。
中央氣象局提醒民眾注意溪水暴漲、雷擊及強陣風。
