〔記者劉曉欣／彰化報導〕「小紅帽」集合！鹿港國小操場今天出現好多的「小紅帽」，原來這是為了防震演習，而可愛亮眼的「小紅帽」，其實是防災頭套！
為了記取19年前的921大地震，今天訂為「國家防災日」，彰化縣各級學校、幼兒園同步實施1分鐘地震避難掩護演練，完成「趴下、掩護、穩住」三步驟，遵守「不語、不跑、不推」三不原則。
彰化縣消防局第三大隊說，許多人都以為遇到地震，就是要先跑為上，這是錯誤的，正確的做法是「要先躲，不能亂跑」，三步驟是「趴下、掩護、穩住」，必須先「保護好頭部」，這樣才能頭好壯壯！
