〔記者湯世名／彰化報導〕彰化市彰水路一家工廠今天清晨6時突然傳出大火，火勢燃燒相當猛烈，消防局據報派出大批人員趕往搶救，現場濃煙密布，有3名外勞員工受困設有鐵窗的窗邊陽台，情況危急，消防人員在稍早控制火勢後進入廠房逐層搜救，終於發現受困的3名員工並全數救出，火速送醫急救，所幸3人都僅吸入性嗆傷，並無生命危險，火災發生原因與財物損失已由消防局釐清。（07:50更新）
