年年秒殺「鹿港小吃宴」來了!「母蝦猴」首度上菜

〔記者劉曉欣/彰化報導〕動作慢,就搶不到了!年年創下秒殺紀錄的「鹿港小吃宴」,今年首度讓特色菜「鹽滷母蝦猴」入菜,帶卵母蝦猴用鹽水滷製,產量少的母蝦猴,市價喊到每台斤1200元,更是饕客最愛!

「真心不騙,價格不漲!」鹿港鎮長黃振彥表示,這是第六年推出小吃宴,許多美食價格都一再調漲,但是「鹿港小吃宴」價格不變,都是維持每桌3000元,等於每個人只花300元,不只可以吃到28種小吃,還能吃到烏魚子,以及帶卵的母蝦猴,還有在地米粉能夠帶回去當伴手禮。

今年主打的「鹽滷母蝦猴」,業者林瑞琮表示,帶卵母蝦猴很少,不只是用鹽水滷而已,還有用蝦猴露來把鮮味帶出來。

「鹿港小吃宴」今天先行由明道大學時尚造型學系主任林淑蕙,率領10位學生來演出上菜秀,邀請大家一起來品嘗鹿港小吃。

今年「鹿港小吃宴」將在 12月2日、3日登場,今年用餐時間為晚間6點上菜,兩天各辦150桌,報名時間為11月21日上午8時30分起接受訂桌,每場次預定傳真報名100組,鹿港鎮公所現場報名50組,報名表可於鹿港鎮公所官網下載,填寫之後以傳真或至公所現場報名。
