宜蘭市新城橋橋上9日晚間發生2車相撞！宜蘭縣消防局晚間7點38分獲報2輛自小客車發生對撞車禍，造成9人（6大3小）頭部及四肢撕裂傷。
據了解，4名從台北到宜蘭玩的年輕人，從員山開往宜蘭市時，疑因在新城橋上跨越雙黃線，撞上對向一台載有3名小孩、3名大人的轎車，當場造成2車車頭全毀，其中一輛車尾懸空在橋邊。
宜蘭縣局出動宜蘭91、92、11、71及壯圍91等救護(救助)車輛救援，將患者送往陽大附醫救治。現場共造成2名大人頭部撕裂傷，滿臉血倒在路旁，1名男性腳骨折，卡在駕駛座，2名4歲、1名3歲孩童嚇到大哭。
所幸所有人意識清楚，警方將待施行酒測後確認是否酒駕，並進一步釐清出事原因。
