〔記者張議晨、林敬倫、江志雄／宜蘭報導〕宜蘭縣五合一選舉登記作業第二天，前副縣長林信華在近百名支持者簇擁下，以無黨籍身分完成縣長參選登記。另外，尋求連任的民進黨籍宜蘭市長江聰淵，昨天在支持者陪同下完成登記。民進黨籍冬山鄉長謝燦輝，則以無黨籍身分登記參選縣議員；由於民進黨已在冬山鄉提名三人參選議員，謝此舉形同違紀，民進黨宜蘭縣黨部主委黃建財說，將送交執委會討論懲處。
全國最年輕議員薛呈懿，轉戰宜蘭縣羅東鎮長，昨日也完成參選登記。二十九歲的她，四年前曾參與太陽花學運，同年底返鄉參選順利當選；下屆羅東鎮長選舉，國民黨提名吳秋齡，民進黨徵召黃素琴，加上無黨籍薛呈懿，被形容是「三個女人的戰爭」。
時代力量這次在宜蘭共推出六名參選人，立委黃國昌、林昶佐昨日也到宜蘭縣陪同子弟兵登記，喊出「六席全上」訴求。
