受菲律賓東方海面熱帶性低氣壓，與東北季風交互作用影響，宜蘭自昨日起開始降下豪雨，東澳時雨量更達65.5mm，達一級監控路段封路標準，沿路也出現零星落石，雨勢減緩後，開始進行清理工作，今日1時30分解除道路封閉。
四工處表示，預估今明兩日熱帶性低氣壓將增強為颱風，若與東北季風產生共伴效應，今日晚間至14日恐會為蘇花公路帶來長時間降雨，考量行車安全，將會視雨情規模管制公路，請用路人注意。
