昨晚間7時許，家住桃園的楊姓男子，昨駕駛休旅車從蘇花改東澳端北上，但行經蘇澳隧道口時，疑似不熟悉路況，導致車輛直直往人行道路堤衝，整輛車被卡在路堤上，差一點就衝入前方的鐵路。
楊男向警方解釋，他出蘇澳隧道後，因前方標示不清，使得他反應不及，轉彎到一半車輛就衝入路堤；蘇澳警方到場後，對楊男實施酒測，酒測值為零，楊男也無受傷，後續交由蘇澳警分局蘇澳派出所處理。
