〔記者張議晨／宜蘭報導〕行政院農委會農糧署推出「大糧倉計畫」，在宜蘭輔導農民轉作大豆等雜糧作物，轉作每公頃最高可獲七萬元補助；三星鄉農友、大豆達人吳慶鐘響應，成功在水稻田復耕宜蘭老種黑豆，昨天受邀分享心得，強調大豆收益較水稻多一倍，要把宜蘭黑豆再種回來。
轉作每公頃最高補助七萬
吳慶鐘原為水稻農，耕作面積約十一公頃；兩年前逐步將水田轉作宜蘭老種黑豆，收割後加工製作醬油、豆腐乳、黑豆漿等產品，農糧署昨邀吳慶鐘分享轉作心得。
「黑豆收益比水稻好！」他說，宜蘭老種黑豆一年僅一獲，但加上補助、加工所得等，每年收入比水稻增加一倍，宜蘭生產的老種黑豆，是在地品種，無基改疑慮，吃起來也較進口產品安心。吳慶鐘說，小時候家裡曾種黑豆，但採收需靠人力，加工又繁雜，現在幾無人耕作，不過，隨大型機具引入，近年已有青農復耕，生產黑豆則用於釀製醬油，「他希望把宜蘭黑豆種回來，找回宜蘭味道。
