蘇花公路下起傾盆大雨，宜蘭縣南澳到和平沿線，出現零量落石，其中，142.1公里處傍晚大量坍方，開放北上車道單線雙向通行，車輛行經時險象環生。
公路總局第四區養護工程處說，由於雨勢愈下愈大，搶修不易，這段期間，儘量不要開上蘇花公路，以免發生危險，路況查詢電話：03-9962683。
