中央氣象局指出，今天各地晴朗炎熱，「西南風過山沉降增溫，東南部地區易有焚風發生」，目前台東縣大武氣象站「高溫達36度，並有37度的機率」，民眾外出記得多加留意，以免中暑。
中央氣象局觀測紀錄顯示，中午12時02分左右，大武曾出現36.1度高溫，也是本日最高溫。目前高溫前10名，依序分別為大武、台北（33.9度）、嘉義（32.9度）、永康（32.8度）、台中（32.6度）度、板橋（32度）、恆春（31.9度）、東沙島（31.8度）、淡水（31.3）以及台東（31度）。
