全國治安滿意度連續15年高居第一的澎湖縣，警界人事向來受到外界矚目，此次一口氣調動6位2線4星主官，打破人事異動慣例，尤其是賈樂吉甫上任局長3個月，以往都會留下一位副局長輔助，可能與賈局長為澎湖子弟，加上馬公警分局長丘立誠留任，在銜接上沒有問題。
今日澎湖縣政府警察局舉行白沙、望安警分局長交接典禮，由局長賈樂吉主持，澎湖縣長陳光復、澎湖地檢署檢察長鄭鑫宏等人也到場觀禮，交接儀式前，先行舉行授階典禮，包括新任副局長蔡春富、張金來、白沙警分局長程純濱、望安警分局長謝政憲等人，隨後則舉行白沙、望安警分局長交接印信。
