DOC全國交流會在花蓮，帶夥伴們到瑞穗體驗茶農生活，並製作酸柑茶（檸檬口味）。帥氣的吉林茶園彭瑋翔老闆，是返鄉青年中，創意與勤奮兼備的第一人（絕不誇張）。17日聽他的導覽，喝冷泡茶，以及DIY，都可感受他的用心。
我因為到處忙，沒時間綁檸檬，通霄DOC的羅玉娥女士很慷慨幫我代工。我問她：「怎麼綁得那麼好？又那麼快？」「我曾經一天綁500個魚鉤！」
喔！果然達人在DOC. 她一邊綁，一邊抱怨檸檬長歪了，頭太尖，不好使力。
我正在找小刀時，她說：「好了，我用指甲削平了！」我還沒發出感嘆的歡呼聲，她抬頭意味深長地說：「所以說，不要惹毛女人，懂嗎？」
懂！魚鉤、指甲和繩子，無一好惹！
