花蓮昨晚雨勢猛烈，部分人孔蓋水壓過大宛如噴泉，市立殯儀館因建築體老舊，民眾反應館內漏水，批「外頭下大雨，館內下小雨，叫喪家情何以堪。」市公所第一時間接獲通知後，已緊急派員前往清除積水，今待雨勢稍緩後，將加派人手處理漏水情形。
