〔記者李立法／屏東報導〕林姓婦人騎機車被突然衝出的犬隻撞上，女騎士與狗皆受傷送醫，警方事後查出該犬隻飼主為住在事故現場附近的林女，受傷的女騎士氣得向林姓飼主提告，法官依過失傷害罪判林女拘役30天，可易科罰金及上訴。
林婦1年多前騎機車行經潮州鎮市區時，被一隻突然衝出來的狗撞上，導致林婦右膝關節及右髖挫傷須住院治療，闖禍的犬隻也因為受傷被飼主送醫，警方據報後，查出該犬隻的飼主為林女，但林女認為女騎士的傷勢與愛犬無關，女騎士認為林女未看顧好飼犬應負起責任。
法官審理後認為，林女未以鏈圈綁好飼犬，導致女騎士被該犬隻撞傷，林女的過失行為與女騎士傷勢具因果關係，依法處拘役30天。
