〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕李姓男子2017年7月間看到桃園市楊梅警分局在遺失物網站上公告招領1萬4000元現金，他就假冒失主，佯稱他在新屋區中華南路附近掉錢，順利領走1萬4000元，後來真正的失主出現，李男的惡行才曝光，桃園地檢署已依詐欺罪嫌將他提起公訴。
李男（28歲）2017年7月31日上午10點多，前往楊梅警分局埔頂派出所，向警方佯稱他在同年月的28日上午9點多，在新屋區中華南路附近，掉了1萬4000元，警方不疑有他，讓李男在遺失領據上填寫個人資料後，就讓他領走1萬4000元。
豈料撿到現金並將錢送到派出所招領的民眾，得知一名鄰居掉了1萬4000元，應該就是現金的失主，就帶著鄰居前往派出所，要領回現金，才發現1萬4000元已被李男領走，警方就依詐欺罪嫌將李男送辦。
檢方說，李男坦承假冒失主領走1萬4000元，因他涉嫌詐欺案件，已將他提起公訴，可處5年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科50萬元以下罰金。
