10月4日就是中秋節,一家團圓吃月餅是必做之事,但傳統月餅熱量高,有沒有方法可像手搖杯一樣半糖?營養師郭哲譯指,其實自製半糖月餅很簡單,只要以冰皮月餅的製作為基礎,餡料使用芋頭、南瓜或地瓜,都可以達至半糖的效果。郭說,傳統月餅熱量有800大卡,但如果以紅豆和抹茶粉為內餡,以糯米加水或脫脂牛奶製作冰皮,熱量只有80至100大卡,以同等重量計算,熱量約240至300大卡左右,不到傳統月餅的一半,半糖月餅不是不可能的。如果要吃得更健康一點,可以不選用近年比較流行的紅豆抹茶內餡,而選用帶皮的南瓜,攝取更多膳食纖維,地瓜和芋頭也是不錯的選擇。郭提醒,內餡可用清蒸的方法煮熟,然後再製作成蓉,製作前也要特別記得洗手。台北市松山區健康中心結合三軍總醫院松山分院,將於本月31日下午2時,於三軍總醫院松山分院5樓大禮堂舉辦「減糖月餅」DIY活動,適合不會做半糖月餅的民眾參與,有興趣可電洽02-27671757轉6033羅護理師。(實習記者盧逸文╱台北報導) 報導來源:蘋果日報【原文網址
