燒肉丼業者開丼於9月10日再推出四款全新菜色,分別是西西里紅醬燒肉丼、明太子燒肉丼、法式千層酥皮燒肉丼、起司瀑布燒肉丼,其中起司瀑布燒肉有三種起司混搭,還有桌邊現刨起司,起司控絕不容錯過。另外,開丼第15家分店將於9月12日進駐新光三越信義新天地A8,開幕首7日西西里紅醬燒肉丼第二碗半價,110元就能享用到。

法式千層燒肉丼有著像是手裡劍的造型,靈感來自於酥皮濃湯,食用時可以把酥皮混著溫泉蛋和松露蕈菇白醬與米飯一起入口;起司瀑布燒肉丼則是將莫札瑞拉與切達起司製成起司餅,與現刨起司層層堆疊,一次吃到三種起司;至於西西里紅醬燒肉丼則是用新鮮蔬果熬製義式紅醬與精靈菇、鮑魚菇、杏鮑菇拌炒增加口感,佐以奶油提升丼飯香氣。明太子燒肉丼則是福岡名物明太子入菜,再搭配清爽小黃瓜。
