父母經營傳統糕餅老店，李淑華大學特別選擇食品科學系，三十四歲的她除了旅行，幾乎沒有離開過家鄉，她笑說，也許是太愛萬丹紅豆了，用自己煮的紅豆做產品，美味又健康。
李淑華和二十二歲的曾妍妮組成「2個女生」團隊，在萬丹鄉成立工作室，每天製作烘焙限量的波士頓派、泡芙等甜點，也接單做彌月蛋糕，除了用萬丹紅豆，也用在地酪農生產的初乳為原料，近年來推出的卡通泡芙有多種口味，十分受到親子青睞。
李淑華和夥伴除了在萬丹的工作室供貨，每天下午兩點也到屏東市的學生街快閃，一百個卡通泡芙一個小時內就被搶購一空，也讓她們留鄉打拚的夢變得更踏實。
