〔記者李立法／屏東報導〕今年6月初發生在潮州鎮的何姓海陸上兵遭誤殺案，屏東地檢署今天偵結，檢察官分別以殺人、槍砲等罪將主嫌洪偉智等31名涉案嫌犯提起公訴。
何姓上兵6月2日凌晨收假返回營區途中遭10多輛車攔截槍殺；警方事後查出是2批人馬在網路互嗆後撂人參與街頭械鬥，何男被誤認為仇家，遭洪偉智開槍打死，另有一名黃姓青年也在衝突中死亡，警方陸續逮捕到涉案的30多名嫌犯，有些還是未成年。
屏檢今天將主嫌洪偉智及王、謝、童、林、洪等5名共犯依殺人、槍砲等罪起訴，其餘涉案的25人分別以傷害及聚眾鬥毆致人於死助勢等罪起訴。
