〔記者林國賢／雲林報導〕五合一選舉登記截止，雲林縣參與式民主協會今在雲林縣選委會宣誓，要讓參與式預算成為選戰焦點，發動一場奪回人民預算公權力的公民運動。
參與式民主協會總幹事王俊凱表示，藍綠政黨輪替，人民始終隔絕在「少數人黑箱決策」政府預算體制之外，實質淪為被統治者，人民只有奪回預算權，不再全面讓渡權力，才可能突破民主困境。
王俊凱說，他們將逐一拜會斗六市民代表及候選人，力爭選前通過「斗六市參與式預算自治條例」，並針對縣長、各鄉鎮市長候選人遊說、施壓，爭取最多人選前簽署承諾，上任後完成參與式預算法制化。
