〔記者劉曉欣/彰化報導〕今年中秋節前夕,多間名店都有民眾大排長龍來購買蛋黃酥,鹿港青年林煜祥、林煜豪不想排隊,就把自家產品的紅豆包「改頭換面」,在紅豆包的表面刷上天然黃梔子色素,再撒上黑芝麻,紅豆包偽裝成蛋黃酥,可愛指數破表!

林煜祥說,他在鹿港設立「亭一下買包子饅頭」販售點,主要賣紅豆包、芋頭包、饅頭,但看到今年蛋黃酥很夯、很搶手,還要半夜去排隊,決定要用自家產品來改造。

林煜祥想到紅豆包本來就是紅豆餡,只是表面是白色,但因為包子是要進蒸籠蒸熟,而不是烤箱,所以無法用蛋液來刷,如果用紅蘿蔔汁又太淡,最後想到用天然的黃梔子色素,再加入紅麴,刷在紅豆包表面,再撒上黑芝麻,「偽」蛋黃酥就大功告成。

林煜祥表示,「偽」蛋黃酥才剛做好,就有親友路過說「你又沒有烤箱,怎會做蛋黃酥呢?」後來知道是紅豆包偽裝蛋黃酥,全都笑說,「真是太像了」!
