〔記者林敬倫／宜蘭報導〕今天上午11點27分，宜蘭縣員山鄉賢德路有自小客車與送報車發生相撞車禍，共有4名傷者，送報車龔姓駕駛一度受困車內約13分鐘脫困，僅受輕傷，轎車上3人也都有受傷，後座林姓乘客受傷較嚴重，據了解，該送報車從賢德路支線行經至幹線交叉口時，遭行走在幹線的轎車撞上，詳細事故原因仍待釐清。
送報車今上午11點在員山鄉送完報後，準備回到公司，行經員山鄉賢德路支線與幹線十字路口時，行走在幹線的黑色轎車閃避不及，直接撞上，轎車車頭全毀，送報車也因衝擊力再撞上路邊路樹，車頭未嚴重變形，但新加坡華僑龔姓駕駛，一度打不開車門受困車內，消防人員趕到後協助脫困。
至於轎車上的3人，也受了輕，所均幸無生命危險，坐在後座的林姓女子頭部撕裂傷較重，，所均幸無生命危險，詳細肇事原因仍待警方釐清。（12：44更新）
