台中市宣布，對於土地長期持有人面臨地價稅上漲的壓力，市府感同身受，因此明年的公告地價擬凍漲；宜蘭縣政府地政處指出，公告地價的漲跌，包含市場地價平均價格及公告地價市價占比，台中市應該是公告地價市價占比凍漲，但公告地價漲跌與否，仍會受到市價起伏的影響。
地政處指出，宜蘭縣過去2年地價平均下跌0.43％，如地價評議委員會決定的公告地價市價占比不變，明年公告地價就有可能下跌，漲跌與否，要交由下個月中召開的地價評議委員會決定。
