〈中部〉1桌3000元鹿港小吃宴 鹽滷母蝦猴首入菜

〔記者劉曉欣/彰化報導〕年年創下秒殺紀錄的「鹿港小吃宴」,今年首度讓特色菜「鹽滷母蝦猴」入菜,帶卵母蝦猴用鹽水滷製,產量少的母蝦猴,市價喊到每台斤一二○○元,更是饕客最愛!鹿港鎮長黃振彥表示,這是第六年推出小吃宴,許多美食價格都一再調漲,但是「鹿港小吃宴」價格不變,維持每桌三○○○元。

「鹿港小吃宴」昨天先行由明道大學時尚造型學系主任林淑蕙,率領十位學生來演出上菜秀,邀請大家一起來品嘗鹿港小吃。今年主打的「鹽滷母蝦猴」,業者林瑞琮表示,帶卵母蝦猴很少,不只是用鹽水滷而已,還有用蝦猴露來把鮮味帶出來。

今年「鹿港小吃宴」將在 十二月二日、三日登場,地點在鹿草路一段文小五預定地,今年用餐時間為晚間六點上菜,兩天各辦一五○桌,報名時間為十一月二十一日上午八時三十分起接受訂桌,每場次預定傳真報名一百組,鹿港鎮公所現場報名五十組,報名表可於鹿港鎮公所官網下載,填寫之後以傳真或至公所現場報名。
