陳信瑜表示，高雄市一般市民若汰換二行程機車、購買新型機車（含電動車），最高可獲得3萬2千元補貼，哈瑪星因為參與生態交通全球盛典，最高可獲4萬5千萬元補貼，兩者差距1萬多元，而此高額補貼也成功鼓勵不少哈瑪星居民，汰換老舊二行程機車。
她認為前鎮、小港區長期受到工業與空污衝擊，且兩區不少民眾使用機車當運具，建議市府考慮比照哈瑪星標準，讓前鎮與小港區民眾也能汰換老舊機車，進而改善空氣品質。
