苓雅警分局指出，專案小組於昨天深夜11點，持搜索票到福德三路埋伏，今天凌晨約0點25分，發現趙嫌神情慌張，快速進入車內，員警隨即開偵防車左右夾擊，並喝令他下車受檢。
但趙嫌拒絕，連續倒車衝撞員警，造成3名員警輕傷，現場指揮官見情況緊急，朝車窗旁射擊1發子彈制止，導致趙嫌右手受傷。警方事後查獲170顆一粒眠毒品，將他移送法辦。
