台北市警察局萬華分局10月13日接獲民眾報案，指出在漢口街上1間小吃店前有口角衝突，勤務中心派出快打部隊到場，發現是4名男子凌晨到小吃店喝酒，結帳時帳單約2000多元懷疑店家灌水，雙方被帶回派出所後4名男子才嚇到酒醒，趕緊向店家道歉。
警方指出，吳姓男子（34歲）13日凌晨與3名友人到漢口街的小吃店用餐，在凌晨4點時許結帳離開時，發現帳單金額高達2000多元，其中1名男子質疑「只是喝杯小酒為了會這麼貴」，懷疑店家將帳單灌水。
4名男子藉著酒意與賴姓店員發生激烈的言語衝突，並將店家門口的傘架踢倒，民中聽到聲音後趕緊報警，快打部隊到場後發現2方的情緒都相當激動，就將幾人帶回派出所。
吳男等4人到了派出所後被嚇得酒醒，經員警調查帳單並沒有灌水的情況，4名男子也向店家道歉並支付款項，警方讓雙方在相關的電子簿冊上上簽名後和平收場。
