〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕中央氣象局於今日下午3點對全台15縣市發出陸上強風特報！
中央氣象局指出，由於東北風增強影響，明日下午開始，嘉義以北、基隆北海岸、台東（含蘭嶼、綠島）及澎湖、金門、馬祖沿海、空曠地區及鄰近海域易有9至10級強陣風，沿海並有較大風浪，提醒民眾赴海邊活動時請注意安全。
陸上強風特報範圍包括新北市、基隆市、桃園市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、新竹市、台中市、彰化縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、台東縣、連江縣、屏東縣、金門縣、澎湖縣。
