新竹米粉摃丸節美味大PK 日式、歐法料理主廚對決

〔記者王駿杰/新竹報導〕新竹米粉摃丸節今天登場,今年主打「料理東西軍」美味新食譜,由日式、法式五星級飯店主廚為市民上菜,透過創新讓傳統美食再加值,米粉、摃丸搖身一變成五星料理,市長林智堅也到場,帶領「網路饕客吃貨團」共同品嘗美味。

林智堅指出,今年特別邀請老爺集團中新竹老爺「中山日本料理」主廚周建中,和北投老爺「純Pure Cuisine」主廚陳之穎,上演「料理東西軍」戲碼,分別運用日式與歐法料理的獨特巧思,在黃金900秒內分別製作「法式紅燴蔬菜摃丸」、「涼拌檸檬海鮮米粉」及結合干貝、南瓜口味的摃丸、「柚見米粉炒」等4道創意料理,讓現場60位饕客吃貨團民眾紛紛拍照留念,搶先品嘗創意新滋味。

今天活動現場除有料理東西軍PK、料理直播秀外,還邀請產業達人為大家帶來米粉、摃丸的故事與美味秘方,而「米粉媽媽」與「摃丸寶寶」造型選秀結果也將出爐,現場更邀請民眾一同「披米粉」、「搥摃丸」,體驗傳統手藝好滋味。
