根據《蘋果》報導，民眾被巨大的重擊聲嚇到連忙報警，警消到場後發現，資源回收車駕駛受困車內動彈不得，經使用破壞工具後才得以將駕駛送往醫院，目前暫無生命危險。至於肇事原因與經過還要等警方釐清。
