國慶花車嘉年華會即將在10月10日中午登場，花車將沿著延平南路、衡陽路、博愛路再到北門，台北市警察局交通大隊將在當天中午12點至下午3點的遊行路線沿途進行交通管制。
交通大隊指出，重慶南路以西（不含道路）、中華路以東（不含道路）、忠孝西以南（不含道路）及愛國西路以北（管制東往西方向2線慢車道）。都在管制範圍內，呼籲用路人在這段期間內改走其他路線。
除了管制範圍道路外，在花車結束遊行後將移置南港展覽館續展，沿途將經過忠孝西路、忠孝東路、研究院路、經貿二路最後抵達南港展覽館C3場地，民眾途中若遇到花車時，務必減速慢行。
