〔記者張存薇／台東報導〕台東縣東河文旦產期到，東河鄉農會推廣「全文旦DIY」，邀民眾到柚子園裡自己動手採果、做果醋及柚子清潔劑，遊客在大自然環境中開心手作，玩得超開心。
農友胡天香說，文旦是東河鄉重要作物，其實從果樹到果肉全部都可以利用，像樹幹可以做手機架，果皮綠色部分削下來、加入酒精變成柚皮酊，再加入起泡劑變成清潔劑。
她進一步說，柚子皮白囊部分加入糖煮，就是古早口味的零食，柚子果肉可以做果醬或果醋，柚子上的白膜還可以做柚花，甚至連種子加水後變黏稠，就是天然的面膜。
東河鄉推「走動式DIY」，和不同農戶、果園合作，遊客從採果、削皮、剝肉、製作成品，全部一手包，胡天香說，9月可以到文旦果園體驗，10月起則有大白柚、蜜柚、葡萄柚等接力參加，到年底則換茂谷柑、隔年春天還有香丁可體驗，希望讓更多人到柑橘之鄉東河鄉一遊。
