仁武警分局接獲情資，大社區中山路一帶常有毒品交易，大社分駐所所長涂啟峯17日下午率員前往查探、埋伏，果然看見57歲林嫌（毒品、竊盜）前科現身，他誤以為喬裝的員警是買家，上前打探反被逮捕。
警方在他身上起出金牛座手槍1把、子彈15顆、安非他命2小包（9.1公克）、海洛因12小包（55.6公克）等證物。警方調查，林嫌怕販毒黑吃黑，擁搶自重，才剛投資30萬元就被查獲，訊後依毒品罪嫌送辦。
