〔記者楊金城／台南報導〕台南柳營區義士路平交道，傍晚近6點發生1輛休旅車在平交道前擦撞路邊護墩，導致翻覆，四輪朝天，車頭越過柵欄，幸好開車的56歲婦人只受擦傷無大礙。
這輛休旅車不知怎麼開的？是看到平交道放下柵欄，急忙停車才失控撞路旁護墩導致翻車？或是單純疏於未注意行車狀況導致撞護墩而翻車？由新營警分局交通分隊調查肇事原因。
受傷的女駕駛僅受輕傷，由柳營消防分隊送醫救治，幸好「越線」的車體不影響火車通行。
