由於網友在網路上議論，和美分局伸港所獲報之後，也立即派員到場了解，發現原來是幾名學生，身穿肉色的劇服在拍攝舞蹈影片，才會遠遠的讓人誤會，以為是裸體轟趴，伸港所所長還特地到臉書留言表示：「本月14日下午5時40分，接獲民眾報案後，立即派員前往查處，經了解是一群學生社團成員，當天穿著肉色劇服在拍攝舞蹈影片，實際現場了解並無上述所敘述裸體情事。」，但也有網友開玩笑表示：七月份別亂看、別亂問。
