〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕中央氣象局今日11時34分發布高溫資訊，今起白天台東縣為橙色燈號；花蓮縣縱谷，台北市、新北市及基隆市為黃色燈號，以上地區均有機率達到36度的高溫，請民眾避免非必要的戶外活動，出門做好防曬防暑的準備。
受西南風沉降影響，中央氣象局發布最新的高溫資訊，台東縣為橙色燈號，有連續出現36度高溫的機率。氣象局呼籲，請民眾避免非必要的戶外活動、勞動及運動，注意防曬、多補充水份、慎防熱傷害。室內保持通風及涼爽，建議採取人體或環境降溫的方法，如搧風或利用冰袋降溫等；並請民眾多關懷老人、小孩、慢性病人、肥胖、服用藥物者、弱勢族群，戶外工作或運動的民眾，盡可能遠離高溫環境。
