〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕長榮航空罷工空服員苦行隊伍今步行前往總統府的同時，蔡英文總統在桃園市八德區視察捷運三鶯延伸八德段LB14站工程進度，她說，希望罷工事件盡早落幕，呼籲長榮航空公司抱持珍惜、疼愛的心情，來處理這個階段應該處理的事情。
蔡英文說，她持續關注長榮航空空服員罷工事件，希望罷工事件能盡早落幕。目前剩下的一些協商事務，她希望雙方可理性地坐下來，進行完整的溝通，她同時呼籲，長榮航空公司應對員工保持珍惜、疼愛的心情，來處理最後這一個階段要處理的事情。
