〔記者蔡宗勳/嘉縣報導〕今年嘉義文蛤養殖死亡率居高不下,量少價昂,目前池邊價每台斤八十二元,中秋節每斤恐逾一百五十元,帶殼牡蠣受泰利颱風攪局、蚵民搶收,中秋節預期也會因大缺貨而價格飆漲,民眾中秋節想烤文蛤、牡蠣,荷包恐要大失血。

文蛤減收7成 池邊價每斤破80

漁民顏金鐘說,中秋節是文蛤價格最看俏的時刻,往年池邊價六、七十元,比平時高出約兩成,漁民在節前一個月大多惜售,等到中秋前幾天才收成。

今年由於文蛤暴斃頻傳,產量估算只有往年的三成,由於放養在池裡風險高,所以只要到了上市規格,漁民就趕緊收成了,就算中秋節池邊價每台斤有機會破百元大關,也不敢碰運氣。

如果文蛤產地價每台斤破百元,到了消費者那裡可能就要一百五十元了,也就是今年中秋節烤肉要烤文蛤的話,可要付出較高的代價,甚至因量少,還不見得買得到。

帶殼牡蠣也是中秋節烤肉必備的海鮮,產地價往往由平時每台斤三、四十元倍漲至七、八十元,由於泰利颱風可能直撲台灣,蚵民為避免損失,這兩天紛紛出海搶收,預期中秋節帶殼牡蠣供應量將銳減。

東石鄉吳姓蚵民說,颱風來勢洶洶,牡蠣可能因為海水混濁而暴瘦或死亡,風險實在太高,所以只留一小部分賭賭看,其餘都先搶收上岸販售。
