一名賴姓男子在高雄長庚醫院照顧家人時，因收音機的音量過大被投訴，竟怒嗆前來勸導的林姓女護理師「等妳下班，我會堵妳」。橋頭地院依妨害醫事人員執行醫療業務罪判處3個月徒刑。
判決書指出，賴男民國105年11月2日入住高雄長庚紀念醫院醫學大樓11樓1152C病床照顧家人，因無聊打開收音機解悶，卻因深夜音量過大被鄰床的病患按鈴投訴。
賴男被林姓女護理師勸導後心生不滿，同年月2日凌晨2 時55分跑到對方值班的護理站怒嗆，「我不只是要罵妳，打妳是剛好而已」、凌晨3 時7分時再回到護理站說「等妳下班，我會堵妳」，讓林女心生恐懼、立即報警。
法官表示，男雖然只是口頭威脅，但已造成被害人心理上的恐懼，並妨害醫療業務之順利進行，依妨害醫事人員執行醫療業務罪處3月徒刑，可易科罰金、上訴。
