〔記者林欣漢／基隆報導〕基隆市、新北市瑞芳區及萬里區今天凌晨起風雨交加，雷聲伴隨大雨，造成基金三路、大慶大城等多處積水、暴雨成河，最深達一個輪胎高，民眾紛紛在臉書上提醒移車避免泡水，另外，武崙溪也暴漲到只差1公尺就淹到路面，相關單位如臨大敵，正加強巡查、戒備中，避免持續大雨釀生災害。
