一年一度的台南市主委盃足球錦標賽19日起開放報名，每隊需繳交報名費1,000元，保證金3,000元(賽後退還)，比賽日期從7月13日起，依實際報名隊伍數多寡調整比賽日期及天數，於佳里蕭壠足球場舉行。
台南市體育會理事長暨足球委員會主任委員劉福財一生都在為足球奔走，熱愛足球的他一直以來都是台南市足球推廣的幕後推手，也因此，每年主委盃皆吸引許多熱愛足球的民眾報名參加。
台南市主委盃足球錦標賽分公開組（年滿15歲）及長青組（55歲組）兩種組別，主任委員劉福財每年皆會報名參加，用足球共同與民眾交流，歡迎民眾踴躍參加。報名請洽台南市體育會官網http://www.tn-sports.org/showposts.aspx?showid=893&cid=24
