除了特殊鎖管料理，還有鎖住濃濃鮮味的小卷乾，基隆推鎖管季15年，除了夜釣船，還有小卷風味餐，是基隆每年的大盛事。不過之前新北市長侯友宜這番話「全台灣一半的出產量都在深澳，全台灣最好吃的小卷在我們的瑞芳深澳漁港」，卻意外引發基隆、新北的「鎖管」爭霸戰。
檢視相片對此林右昌笑臉回擊，說「推這個鎖管季已經15年了喔！我想這15年的累積是不容忽視的，其實如果要說起來的話，這個金山萬里所謂的萬里蟹，大部分其實是基隆這邊產的喔 ，不過我想不需要去爭這個」，要捍衛基隆小卷故鄉之名。
檢視相片而且除了鎖管季，已經封島五年的「台灣龍珠」基隆嶼，即將在下週開放，到時民眾早上逛基隆嶼，晚上大啖小卷，真是人生一大享受。
