彰化伸港文學公園剛完工驗收，裡面有個設施叫轉動愛情，被民眾抱怨，有夠吵！那是由5個大滾筒組成的，裡面裝大小鋼珠，轉動時鋼珠團團轉，發出「答、答、答」的連環聲，原本是想要模擬愛情愉悅的聲音，但公園旁邊就是圖書館和民宅，大家都被這個設施吵到受不了，愛情還沒來，先被吵死了。
5個紅色大滾筒串在一起，上面寫著浪漫詩句，這個設施叫「轉動愛情」，是彰化伸港文學公園的一個亮眼設計，但轉動時，滾筒裡面的大小鋼珠團團轉，一直敲打滾筒，發出答答答的巨大聲響，居民表示吵死了！
轉動愛情一轉起來，彷彿變身小鋼珠機台，聲音超大，公園旁邊還有圖書館和民宅，住在附近的人都想要逃得遠遠的，鎮公所回應，轉動愛情這個設計是全台首創，在滾筒裡放鋼珠，是想模擬愛情愉悅的聲音，沒想到被居民抗議太吵，會採納居民意見，盡快跟廠商討論改善方式。
